Who we are

maroc-telecom publishes educational pages. We do not run user accounts, a shop, or a newsletter signup. There is no password to create on this site.

Reading the site

When your browser requests a page, the host that serves the site may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, date, the address of the page, and a user-agent string. Those logs are used to keep the site available and to diagnose faults. We do not use them to build a marketing profile. Retention follows the host’s ordinary operations; write to us if you need to ask about a specific record.

Email and phone

If you email [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected], we receive the address you wrote from and whatever you put in the message. If you call +212 522 522 424, the call is a normal phone call to the publisher. Do not send copies of identity documents, bank cards, or SIM registration papers. We do not need them to answer a question about a page.

We keep correspondence long enough to handle the question and any follow-up, then delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose or for a legal obligation. We do not sell correspondence.

Storage on your device

If you use the cookie banner, the site stores your choice in the browser’s local storage under the key maroc-telecom-consent-v1. The record contains the options you picked and the time you saved them. It stays on your device until you clear site data or change the choice. It is not an account. Advertising and analytics tags

As of the update date above, maroc-telecom does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The pages include a consent-mode style default that denies ad storage, ad user data, ad personalisation, and analytics storage until a visitor allows them. That default is ready in case a tag is added later. Allowing the categories today does not, by itself, start a tag, because none is embedded. If that changes, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated before the tag runs, and the banner will describe it.

We do not claim that the site is free of every future tag. We claim what is true now: optional tags are not installed, and the choice you save is respected by the consent commands on the page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with a host or a mailbox provider as needed to run the site and read email, or if the law requires a disclosure. Those providers act on our instructions for this publication.

Your requests

You may ask what correspondence we hold from your email address, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a thread that we do not need to keep. Email [email protected] from the address concerned. We may need to confirm that the address is yours. You may also contact the competent authority in your country if you believe a request was handled poorly. This page is not a complete statement of every statute worldwide.

What this site does not collect

There is no account form, no newsletter field, and no checkout. We do not ask for a phone number in order to read a page. We do not ask for copies of identity documents. If you send them anyway, we do not want them: delete the files from the thread, and do not expect us to store them as part of a service. There is no service of that kind.

We do not knowingly build a profile of children. The notes are written for adults making practical decisions about calls and data. A family photograph on the staying-in-touch page is a stock image, not a record of a reader.

Readers outside Morocco

The publisher is in Casablanca. People read the site from other countries. Technical logs and email may therefore be processed in Morocco and by the providers that host the site and the mailboxes, which may sit elsewhere. We use those providers to deliver pages and to read mail. We do not sell the contents to a data broker, and we do not append a marketing list.

When this policy changes

If we add an analytics or advertising tag, this page and the cookie policy will say so before that tag runs, and the banner will name it. The date at the top of the sidebar will move. Continuing to read the site gives you the new text. It does not create an account.
