Publication
Scope
We publish educational notes about mobile networks, internet use, and staying in touch in Morocco. A page should help a reader do something concrete: read a number, compare two clocks, find a data counter, or ask a better question of their own operator.
Money
We do not accept payment, free service, or gifts in exchange for mentioning a carrier, a shop, or a device. Carrier names appear as factual labels. They are not rankings and not sponsorships.
Voice
We do not invent authors, customer quotes, awards, certificates, or test results. Pages are published by the organisation maroc-telecom. If we have not measured a street, we do not imply that we have.
Notes are built from stable mechanics: how a SIM identifies a subscription, how a phone chooses a cell, how international dialing drops a trunk prefix, how data counters differ from prepaid passes, and the publicly known structure of the Moroccan mobile market. Where a detail changes often — prices, USSD codes, band tables, shop procedures — we describe the question to ask instead of copying a number that will rot.
Figures for data use are labelled as rough illustrations. Time-zone offsets are labelled as usual civil times that readers should confirm on the day. Emergency short codes are described as widely published numbers, with a prompt to confirm locally.
If a page is wrong, write to [email protected] with the page address and the passage. We read corrections on working days. If we change the page, we update the “updated” date. We do not silently rewrite history. The first publication date stays.
We will not publish instructions for interfering with a network, for hiding identity from a carrier’s lawful registration, or for obtaining service without paying the operator. We will not present maroc-telecom as able to activate, recharge, or repair a line. That limit is also a disclaimer, because readers arrive from many contexts, including advertising.
The site is in English. Place names and company names stay in the form readers meet on signs and phones. We avoid superlatives and promises about safety, speed, or coverage. A sentence that needs “always” or “guaranteed” is rewritten or removed.
A draft that needs one of these words is cut or rebuilt. The page should still be useful after the word is gone.
The first date is the day the note went up. The updated date is the last time the words changed in a way a reader should notice. A typo fix that does not alter the meaning may still move the date. We do not keep a public changelog of every comma, and we do not invent an editor’s byline to make the change look staffed.
If you write to [email protected] with a page address and a passage, we read it on working days. A useful note quotes the sentence. A screenshot of your bill is not required. A copy of a passport is not wanted, and we will ask you not to send one.

The caption says what is in the frame. It does not say that the street has coverage, that the person is a customer, or that we measured anything there. We do not publish testimonials, star scores, or awards.
If a campaign sends someone to maroc-telecom.click, the page they land on is the offer: an explanation. The advertisement does not create a SIM, a plan, or an affiliation. We do not write the headlines that run on other sites. When those headlines overclaim, the disclaimer on this domain is the record of what we do.
