What we build in
One skip link to the main content, visible when focused.
A single H1, then H2 and H3 in order, on each page.
The menu works from the HTML details element, so it opens without a script.
Photographs have alternative text that describes the picture. Decorative logo art in the header has an empty alt because the word “maroc-telecom” is beside it.
Buttons in the privacy banner are real buttons. Links are links.
If you prefer reduced motion, entrance animations are turned off.
Text can be zoomed. Layouts stack on a narrow screen. We avoid a horizontal page scroll.
Known limits
We do not provide an audio version or a Moroccan Arabic or French edition. Some headlines are very large, which is a visual choice and can mean more scrolling. The night-themed signal note uses light text on a dark ground; if that is hard for you, the same facts are linked from lighter pages, and you can tell us if a light version would help. We have not commissioned a formal audit against a named standard, and we do not claim conformance we have not been given.

We use that mailbox for access barriers and factual corrections. It does not activate a mobile line.
Keyboard, from the top of a page
Tab once and the skip link appears. It moves focus to the main content, past the header and the disclaimer. Tab through the header and the links are in the same order you see them. On a narrow screen the menu is a disclosure: Enter or Space opens it, and the links inside are ordinary links. There is no script-only control for navigation.
In the privacy banner, the choices are checkboxes and the actions are buttons. Necessary is checked and disabled, because a saved choice has to be stored. Focus is visible as an accent outline. We do not remove that outline.
Zoom and reflow
Text is set in relative units. At 200% zoom the columns stack instead of forcing a sideways scroll of the page. A wide table, on the data note and the cookie policy, scrolls inside its own region so the rest of the page stays put. If a table still traps you, write to us and name the page. Photographs include width and height so the layout does not jump as hard when they arrive, and they have alternative text that describes the picture rather than a keyword list.
Motion and colour
If your system asks for reduced motion, entrance animations stay off and content is visible immediately. The samples above are the pairs we use: dark ink on paper, paper on ink, and accent colours with light text. The signal note is a dark page on purpose. If that contrast is wrong for you, the same checks are linked from lighter articles, and a note to help@ is enough to tell us a light copy would help. We have not commissioned a formal audit and we do not claim conformance to a named standard.
