How consent mode is prepared
Before other scripts run, the page sets a default: advertising and analytics storage denied, security storage granted. If you have already chosen, the page updates those signals to match. This follows the shape of Google Consent Mode so a tag added later can read the same choice. Adding a tag would be a change to this policy, not a silent extra.
Rejecting optional categories stores a denial. Accepting all stores an allowance. “Save selection” stores the boxes you tick. Necessary storage is always on if you make a choice, because the choice itself has to be remembered. If you never touch the banner, no choice record is written until you do, and the defaults stay denied.

What each button writes
Reject optional. Necessary stays on, so the denial itself can be remembered. Preferences, analytics, and advertising are stored as refused. The consent signals for ad storage, ad user data, ad personalisation, and analytics storage stay denied.
Allow all. The same record stores an allowance for the optional categories. Because no analytics or advertising script is embedded on these pages today, the allowance does not start a tag. It would only matter if a tag is added later, and that addition would be announced in this policy first.
Save selection. The boxes you tick are the record. Necessary remains on. An unticked optional box is a refusal, not “ask me again on every page”.
If the banner never opens because JavaScript is off, nothing is written and the pages still load. The defaults in the page header stay denied for optional storage. Clearing site data for maroc-telecom.click in the browser removes the key. The next visit shows the banner again.
