What a message will not do

It will not register a SIM, check a national ID, or confirm that a shop followed the right process.

It will not move credit, reverse a roaming charge, or interpret a bill line by line. That record belongs to the operator.

It will not book travel, a driver, or a technician. This site does not take payments.

A useful note

Write like this

“On the prepaid SIM page, the example drops the 0 but I am not sure about a number that starts 07. The page is prepaid-sim.html. I am not asking you to activate anything.”

That message has a page, a passage, and a limit. It goes to support@ if it is about the writing, help@ if the page was hard to use, and admin@ if it is about privacy or the publisher.

A note we have to turn away

This does not arrive at a carrier

“Please recharge 06…, here is my passport photo, the PIN, and the voucher code.” We will not use those details, and we do not want them in the mailbox. Delete the documents from the thread on your side as well. The operator named on the SIM pack is the only desk that can see the line.

We read mail on working days. There is no ticket number and no promised hour. If a matter is urgent and involves safety, use the local emergency channels, not this address.
